The next brew we are checking out hails from Purple Moose Brewery or Bragdy Mws Piws in Porthmadog, North Wales. Lawrence Washington founded the brewery in 2005, and it is now at 40-Barrel capacity. They've recently launched their new beer range... Mwsh (Kolsch Style Lager), Chocolate Moose and finally Antlered IPA, which is the one that rocked up at our door! So, let's see what's inside...Appearance: Glowing amber, with a fairly thick head that reduces down to leave lacing on the side of the glass and surface.Aroma: Quite citrusy, with a touch of tangerine and a subtle hint of pine.Flavour: A sweet essence of digestive biscuit, which is met by a touch of citrus, orange peel, counterbalanced by a bitter, hoppy finish.Very refreshing, tingles on your tongue and pretty sessionable too!Available to purchase here!For trade customers please call 01766 515571.For more info, check out their Website, Facebook, Twitter & Instagram.
