Get yourself sorted with the new Beer Me Now subscription service!
An exciting new beer subscription service has rocked up onto the scene. Started by brothers and beer enthusiasts, Evan and Alex, Beer Me Now has been on a mission to become the ultimate beer subscription service. Delivering epic brews to craft beer lovers across the UK, the guys have created 3 simple subscription options, each pack containing 8 beers: quarterly for the Economical, bi-monthly for the Experimenter or monthly for the Enthusiast. We decided to give these guys a go, reviewing three of their must-try beers. Here’s a taster of what's up for grabs when you subscribe to Beer Me Now;
Uprising - Treason (West Coast IPA, 5.8%)
Produced in Windsor, Berkshire, by the guys who brew out of the Windsor & Eton Brewery. Appearance: Deep, clear amber, with a moderate head that reduces as the brew continues to bubble away. Aroma: A sweet tropical essence, with a slight bitter grapefruit underlay. Flavour: A blast of citrusy sweetness, met by a touch of digestive biscuit, pine bitterness and lingering spice. A cracking combo of flavours that work together perfectly!
Pressure Drop - Bosko (IPA, 6.5%)
Brewed in Tottenham Hale, which has a cracking little scene going on, this American Retro IPA is loaded with US hops. Appearance: Hazy golden, with a minute head. Aroma: Tropical, with a mellow hit of sweet citrus and a dash of pine. Flavour: A fantastic mix of sweet caramel, lime and a bitter, slightly herbal finish. Nice, refreshing and easy to drink.

Brass Castle - Bad Kitty (Vanilla Porter, 5.5%)
Brewed in Malton, Yorkshire, this brew was named in the ‘Ten Best Yorkshire Beers’ by the Independent in 2017. It’s vegan friendly and gluten free too! Appearance: Deep, jet black, with a thick brown head that reduces quickly. Aroma: Rich, malty cocoa, with a delicate touch of vanilla. Flavour: Quite fruity, with a superb collaboration of red berries, coffee and cocoa, finished off by a dash of vanilla in the finish. Pretty easy to drink for a dark ale, not too heavy and well balanced.
