DE BRABANDERE #PART 2

Now for Part 2 of our review from Brewery De Brabandere, situated in Bavikhove, Belgium. The place has been around for 120 years, so it must be pretty decent!... Here's our notes;

Petrus Gouden Tripel

Hoppy in flavour, with a buzzing fizz, bouncing on your tongue. The slight fruity sweetness combines with a hint of dry bitterness perfectly. Very fresh, very light, very pure.[/su_column][/su_row]

Petrus Oud Bruin

[su_row][su_column size="1/2"]Beer Yeti Belgian beer review of Beer from the Brewery De Brabandere, Belgium[/su_column] [su_column size="1/2"]Usually Mrs Yeti hates the dark beers, but she loved this, very mellow with fruity aromas and hints of smoked oak. This is followed by a champagne of fruit, dampened by the ever so slightest bitterness. This almost has a feel of a barley wine, with a fitting ruby red glow.[/su_column][/su_row]

Petrus Speciale

[/su_column] [su_column size="1/2"]From an aged old recipe with a light hoppy aroma and a deep malty undertone. A hoppy lager feel in body, with some sweet notes and sporty fizz to bring this back life.[/su_column][/su_row]

Petrus Blond

[su_row][su_column size="1/2"]Beer Yeti Belgian beer review of Beer from the Brewery De Brabandere, Belgium[/su_column] [su_column size="1/2"]Slightly smokey aroma, met with a fresh malty flavor. Hints of vanilla and spice which brings a warm, almost whiskey-style feel to the belly.[/su_column][/su_row]So all in all, some truly amazing brews and some of these may definitely feature on our beer reviews section!
