We now have a brewery that allows us to be more experimental in the beers that we can produce. There is, and has been for some time, a growing interest and awareness of foreign beers and beer styles. We aim to showcase the diversity of beers from around the world but in a very British way, a very Adnams way – in cask.We experiment with different malted barley, different hops, using sugars and different yeast strains to create interesting and original flavours.We’re always keen to know what you think of our beers.
