Three brews that you can't miss!

I had a pleasant knock at the door earlier this week and especially at this time of year, it’s always great to receive good packages and this one didn’t disappoint. I prepared to be graced by three amazing brews!Beer: Copperhead AleBrewer: Fordham & Dominion Brewing Co.Origin: Delaware, United StatesAs always, I love reading the pairings on the back of the bottle; “Great with roast pork, salmon, smoked sausage, cheeses and maple syrup”. Being named Copperhead Ale, this brew could be no other color than copper. Aroma with hints of caramel malts with a smooth Irish Cream flavour, perfectly balanced with the bitterness of the hops.Beer: ESB AmberBrewer: Saugatuck Brewing CompanyOrigin: Michigan, United StatesThe deep Amber appearance says it all! Sweet, malt-toffee aroma, met with a mix of bitter hoppiness and smoked caramel within the flavor. Balanced to perfection, with a hoppy fruity flavor, a slight floral overtone and hints of nuts.Beer: Gigi’s Farmhouse AleBrewer: Fordham & Dominion Brewing Co.Origin: Delaware, United StatesPours beautifully, with a slightly pleasant cloudiness, that lives up to the Belgian influence of this Saison. A hint of smoke in the aroma, underlying a fruity bouquet, met with a sprinkle of spiced apple. Bold, malty fruit cake flavour, met with hints and bursts of tropical fruit, that tingles on your tongue. This cracking sweetness is dampened by the bitterness of the hops… very warming!Keep on brewing guys, we loved these! :)
