Meet the Brewer with The Plough and Purity

4 Course Dinner with Beer Matches: 14^th Sept 2016 7.30pm – 10 pm

Calling all Birmingham and beyond beer and foodie fans! One of our favourite hangouts, The Plough, on Harborne High Street is holding an event to wet your whistle and tantalise your taste buds.On 14^th September The Plough are partnering with Purity to create a 4 course dinner with expertly paired beers. The Plough’s chefs have developed a menu of hearty yet masterly home-cooked food that has been matched with the finest of beers from the Purity range.The menu takes in pairings such as: fried pierogi with Purity Pure Gold, fillet of cod with Purity Lawless, pork shoulder with Purity mad goose and to finish, chocolate and marmalade bread and butter pudding with Purity Saddle Back.Guests will also learn all about the beer making process as one of the Purity brewers talks you through the range.
