Cheers to Louisville Beer, Food and Business at the 7th Annual Louisville Brewfest

This Louisville celebration of local, independent brewers, independent businesses, and independent thinkers will shelve uniformity and celebrate our uniqueness. More than fifteen breweries from the area will offer their craft and specialty brews at the 7th Annual Louisville Brewfest coming up in early October at the Louisville Slugger Field, 401 East Main Street. This event will also feature independent wines, bourbon, and food, as well as a silent auction and live music. Admission is $5 and includes a souvenir cup. Designated drivers get in free. Food and drink tickets will be sold for $1 each, with full pours costing 4 tickets and food prices varying.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iaxgllcml6EAll profits benefit the Louisville Independent Business Alliance (LIBA), a nonprofit organization whose mission is to preserve the unique community character of the Metro Louisville area by promoting locally-owned businesses and to educate citizens on the value of buying locally..A group of brewers posing, some holding a beer at Louisville Brewfest.Participating local brewers in 2014 included Against the Grain, Apocalypse, BBC Taproom, Bluegrass Brewing Company, Cumberland Brews, Falls City, Great Flood, New Albanian and Sterling.
