Ever wish you could spend an evening chatting with top South Florida chefs while tasting your way through a “tour” of their delicious creations?Then plan to create your own gourmet experience on January 24, 2015 from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. at the fifth annual JA World Uncorked, culinary showcase, presented by Premier Beverage. Open to guests age 21 and older, Uncorked V is a no-program, table-free delight for the adventurous palate.Designing their own route, guests will enjoy wines and spirits from Premier Beverage and intriguing craft beers from Funky Buddha Brewery and Brown Distributing, while sampling bite-sized gourmet treats.Funky Buddha, Broward county’s first microbrewery, will feature the Craft Beer Experience inside JA World Uncorked V.Guests will be able to sample a selection of their fresh unique craft beers. Our craft beer specialist and FBB’s Brand Director John Linn is crafting a unique experience for our guests.Featured Brews:Hop Gun IPA: Our flagship IPA drinks like an ode to hoppy goodness. Galena, Cascade, and Nelson Sauvin hops burst forth with intense flavors of melon, grapefruit, and pineapple, while the body balances malt character with a pronounced dry finish. 7.2%Floridian Hefeweizen: Unfiltered and refreshing, our German-style wheat beer has compelling aromas of bananas, citrus, and cloves, while the all wheat and malt body perfectly captures the brilliance of an orange- and yellow-flecked Florida sunset. 5.6%Wanna go!
