Gluten Free? Why not try these crackers!
It’s quite a daunting thought to be allergic to a key ingredient in beer, but in this day and age, you can develop an allergy or intolerance without any prior warning. Many health professionals put this down to the environment around us, but the causes are still largely unknown. Gluten is by far one of the most common allergens today and many people are adopting a gluten free diet. Some people do this because of an intolerance, others as a healthier style of living. Many celebrities and atheletes, whether it’s for medical or health related reasons are said to be gluten free; the likes of Billy Bob Thornton, Miley Cyrus, Gwyneth Paltrow and even Novak Djokovic. Five years ago, this would have been quite an epic challenge to find such a large variety of Gluten Free beer, but nowadays days the world is your oyster when it comes to finding a GFree alternative…
