We all drink it and we all love it, but how many of us actually stop to think about the ingredients that go into our beer? Not just the ingredients but their origins too… i.e. where they were grown, how they were fed, how they were harvested, you could even stretch to think about whether the spent grain was wasted or fed back to the cows? Stroud Brewery - Alederflower Pale Ale 4.9% abv
This brew is a great Pale Ale that’s subtly infused with elderflower.

Freedom Brewery - Organic Helles Lager - 4.8% abv
Brewed with spring water!

Hepworth & Co Brewers Ltd - Prospect 4.5% abv

Appearance: Light, golden and pretty carbonated with not much of a head.Aroma: Slight hint of lemon zest, tropical fruit and banana, followed by a delicate hint of green apple.Flavour: A bold blast of banana, sweet apple, with a dry, bitter-hoppy bite in the finish.Really drinkable and nice for a hot summer's day!For more info, check out their Website and Facebook.

Brewed with organic Nelson Sauvin hops!
