No, not an appreciation of luggage handling staff, but the 6th annual Celebration of these fabulous beer styles – perfect for the winter season.[su_row][su_column size="1/2"][/su_column] [su_column size="1/2"]Dating from 1455 and owned by the National Trust, The King’s Head in Aylesbury, which is the tap for The Chiltern Brewery, prides itself on being a real ale pub of excellence in a unique setting. The bar team have worked hard to source the best of these fine ales from across the country. They will be stocking up to 24 examples, but just one cask of each so we’ll need to be quick to avoid missing out.Porter beers developed in London in the 1700s - well hopped and made with brown malt. Stout derived from the term for a strong, or stout, porter.[/su_column][/su_row]Landlord George Jenkinson says “I love these ales which are wonderful to sup by the fire on a cold winter’s day.
