Bend Beer Chase is the ultimate one-day Central Oregon experience as a 60-mile six-person team relay with the beautiful backdrop of the Cascade Mountains highlighting the finest craft breweries and local distilleries of Central Oregon.[su_row][su_column size="1/2"]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5wBDckX-zbc[/su_column] [su_column size="1/2"]The 3rd annual Bend Beer Chase will be hosted June 4th, 2016 and is the longest beer relay in the United States. Bend has become widely known across the country for its amazing craft beer scene, and the surrounding towns of Redmond and Sisters are closely following suit. With a team of up to six runners, each runner can expect to run approximately 8-10 miles, split between two legs.This is not your typical one mile chug and run beer event. The goal of Bend Beer Chase is to highlight the craft breweries of Central Oregon, sample their craft and enjoy a beautiful run with six of your best friends. The Keg Leg, which is also open to individuals who would like to run the Keg Leg only, is 2 miles and involves 6 brewery visits in downtown Bend. The CBC is a 40-mile, 12-leg relay starting in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho that runs along the scenic Centennial Trail to Spokane, Washington. Runners will veer off the trail only for exchange points at the finest craft breweries in Idaho and Washington.
